What happens if the customer doesn't pay?
The special thing about BetterBill: We keep an eye on the retailer's incoming account. If the customer does not pay on time, we automatically take over the dunning process on behalf of the dealer. If the customer has still not paid, BetterBill will take over the payment after 45 days at the latest and then take care of the payment by the buyer in a debt collection process.
